Send multiple pictures to us of the damaged item(s) and it's packaging within the first 48 hours of delivery to; vintagedecants@hotmail.com

We will send you a replacement at no charge.

*USA* If it's been over seven days without a tracking update, contact us so we can start a claim for your reimbursal.

**International** please allow extra time, let us know if you haven't received an update in 15 days. We insure all of our shipments so if its lost you will receive a reimbursement.

Since this is a handmade product we do not accept returns. Once shipped all sales are final.

Contact us asap if you need to cancel an order. There will be a 20% restocking fee if your order was decanted already.

Contact us asap if you want to make changes to your order.

If the item you want removed has been decanted already there will be a 20% restocking fee.

If you want extra items added to your recent order, if the order hasn't yet been shipped. We can add the items, and refund the adjusted shipping cost, if any, back to you.

**Note** refunds may take up to 10 days to appear back on the original card you purchased from.
