Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Vintage Decants! You can rest assured that the decants you order are made specifically for you, at the time of payment from the bottle pictured. We do not recycle, accept, or re-sell any pre-existing samples. This is a custom made product and for these reasons we apologize but we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items 7 Days:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery at vintagedecants@vintagedecants.com to send us details and photos. If there is any damaged items or shipping errors on our part, we will issue a full replacement, or credit, or refund to you at our expense based at our discretion. Refunds may take up to five days to appear back on the card you used.

We do not offer cash refunds for any orders that were purchased with a gift card.
