Refund policy

Sorry but all sales are final once an order has been shipped. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Once you have received an email confirming your order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes to your order.

 In the event that an item is damaged during transit or there is an error on our part, we got you covered! Please email us at vintagedecants@hotmail.com asap after delivery to send photographs of the broken item, and it's's packaging, with a brief description of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost, based at our discretion. 

Any refunds or credits will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout, if an eGift card was utilized the credit will be applied to that card's balance.
