Refund policy

1. What Products Can Be Returned

Our decants are curated upon order, for this reason we only accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with any tags or accessories included

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at vintagedecants@vintagedecants.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
