Refund policy

1. What Products Can Be Returned

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our decants in regards to quality, hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns. Our decants are curated upon order for the customer, meaning we would not be able to resale a decant after it's already been shipped to someone. We ask to please be courteous and we will do our best to come to a resolution should any problems occur within your order. 2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

3. Damaged items received

  If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days after delivery, at vintagedecants@vintagedecants.com with details and photos. We will work to resolve the problem respectfully and promptly at our cost.  **To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, we need photographic evidence that shows the damages that occurred to the packaging or decants during shipment. Failure to do so may result in a partial refund or no refund, based at our discretion. 

4. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team  at vintagedecants@vintagedecants.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. We recommend contacting us if a tracking update has not occurred in 5 business days and we'll help you file a missing mail report.

We will issue a full refund or replacement if the package is deemed "lost" and has not been delivered after 14 days from the original date of shipment.
