Refund policy
1. What Products Can Be Returned
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our decants in regards to quality, hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns. Our decants are curated upon order for the customer, meaning we would not be able to resale a decant after it's already been shipped to someone. We ask to please be courteous and we will do our best to come to a resolution should any problems occur within your order. Email us at vintagedecants@vintagedecants.com for help.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
3. Damaged items received
If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days after delivery, at vintagedecants@vintagedecants.com with details and photos. We will work to resolve the problem respectfully and promptly at our cost. **To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, we need photographic evidence that shows the damages that occurred to the packaging or decants during shipment. Failure to do so may result in a partial refund or no refund, based at our discretion.
