Vintage Decants Shipping Policy for The United States.
International Reach: We currently sell products in The United States. We do not offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time
Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time: Monday to Friday: 4 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
All products will be put through a production process; therefore, there will be a handling time for them.

Tracking hasn't updated?
Rest assured we have you covered, in the event of a lost shipment we will either refund or replace your order in full! We have a simple two step policy:
1. If the last date shown for your tracking has not changed in 5-7 days (or longer), reach out to us and we'll help file a missing mail report. This is mandatory before starting step 2.
**. Tracking updates are measured by the most recent DATE listed underneath the update. Not by it's context.
2. After the missing mail report has been filed. An additional 7 days must pass without any updates, until we can initiate the return. If any tracking updates occur it resets the process back to the begining of whichever step your on.
We apologize for this process but sometimes delay's happen that are out of our control. If the date listed in the tracking continues to update, that means your package is still in circulation and may still be delivered.
