Vintage Decants Shipping Policy for The United States (domestic).
Free Shipping (US Domestic): Orders over $70.00 can receive our standard USPS Ground shipping for free.
*International Shipping: We currently ship to Australia - Canada - UK - Austria - Belgium - Switzerland - Czech Republic - Germany - Denmark - Spain - Finland - France - Ireland - Italy - Netherlands - Norway - New Zealand - Poland - Portugal - Sweden
*International shipping taxes: Our shipping labels we use for our international customers are DDU. (Delivered dutys unpaid) If any added taxes/duties are needed to be paid upon delivery within your postal carrier, it is your responsibility to pay them. Failure to do so will result in a refusal of the package. Vintage Decants is not liable to issue any refunds if you refuse to do so, please be aware of your countries de minimis threshold. Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time
Handling Time: Takes 1-2 business days (When we assemble your order)
Order cut-off time: Monday through Friday: 4 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)
Insurance: Your order automatically comes with insurance!
Missing mail: (US) if you haven't received a tracking update to your order within 7 days, we ask you to mail us at vintagedecants@vintagedecants.com and we can help you file a missing package report with the mail carrier. If there still isn't a tracking update (7 days after) for a total of 14 days, we will refund, replace or credit your order in full. (International) Email us if you have not received a tracking update in 10 business days to repeat a similar process.

Tracking: We offer tracking through our "Shop app" you can follow its route until it reaches you.
Care: During warmer weather we ship our decants within reflective bubble mailers, and insulate our boxes to help prevent any evaporation during shipment!
