How much is shipping, how fast will I recieve my order??

Domestic USA - Economy- $4.99 5-8* days

Domestic USA - Expedited- $9.99 3-6* days

Canada - $14.95- Standard international shipping - 8-28 days*

International - $16.95- Standard international shipping - 8-28 days*

Delivery times may vary due to any unexpected delays from the postal service that are out of our control.

Do I need to buy added insurance for my order?

No, we got you covered! insurance is included with all of our orders. :)

Email us at vintagedecants@hotmail.com, if any problems arise, and we will either help you track down, refund or replace your item.

Tracking not updating/lost in transit?

US Domestic - If your tracking information has not updated within 7 days, email us at vintagedecants@hotmail.com and we will help start a missing mail report/claim for you. As soon as we are notified by the post office that your package is confirmed as lost. We can either re-send or refund you at your choice. 

International orders - notify us if your tracking hasn't received an update in 15 days, and we will help you start the process for a claim, for your choice of a refund, or replacement to be shipped to you once your package is confirmed as lost from the post office.

What if my decant broke, or the wrong item was sent?

We strive to ensure that all of our orders are packed perfect, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, reach out to us at vintagedecants@hotmail.com asap. Please provide photographs of the broken item, as well as the packaging and based at our discretion, we will either re-send or refund you.

What's the best app to track shipping?

In regards to tracking your order we recommend the app "Route", or for tracking international shipments (non US) we recommend "parcels app".

Can I return, cancel, or remove an item from my order?

Sorry! As this is a handcrafted item, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once the product has been shipped.

If you need to cancel, add, or remove an item from your order, please contact us after as soon as possible. If you have already received the confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Any refunds or credits will be processed back to the original card that was used. In cases where an eGift card was utilized, the credit will be applied to the balance of that card.

Do you ship to my country?

If you do not see your country listed after entering your address, we do not ship to your country.

Why do you need a phone number to ship?

We will never call you, this is for the mail courier to use if there are any issues with delivery, such as an incorrect address, difficulty locating the recipient, or customs delays, etc.

Duties/taxes interational customers

International customers, where applicable, are responsible for paying any extra import taxes or duties associated with their order upon arrival.
