Jolie Madame EDT 1998 Batch, Women Perfume Sample
Fragrance Description:
Balmain Paris Jolie Madame EDT, is a violet forward leather chypre fragrance. It's an inky mix of violet, leather, and oakmoss wrapped in a cool floral veil. It opens with a sharp, green bite—bergamot, herbs, and crisp violet leaf—before slipping into its iconic suede‑leather heart, softened by rose, gardenia, and a whisper of powder. As it dries down, the mossy, earthy base takes over, giving it a shadowy, slightly smoky, and irresistibly mysterious aura. I would compare it to a more polite and powdery version of scents like Bandit or Cabochard.

Identifying the vintage: First edition versions read "Jolie Madame" in cursive, but I would generally say this fragrance was never reformulated heavily.
