CHANEL pour monsieur EDT, this and the similar eau sauvage by Dior are both vintage masterpieces that are still being produced today. However, it's newer version lacks the natural base notes, resulting in shorter longevity. Originally launched under the name of "A Gentlemans cologne" this version was released in the mid 80's after being renamed "Pour Monsieur". This version features a beautiful lemon top note, basil, and a dry down reminiscent of vintage lavender. It is a classic eau de cologne style that could be worn all year long.
