Creed Aventus EDP 2016, is the original formula of Aventus, minus the birch tar that was removed in 2014. The 2014-2018 formulations are widely regarded as the balanced era that bridged the gap between the early smoky batches and the modern fruity ones. It opens with a bright, pineapple and blackcurrant, that transitions into a heart of clean, woody birch rather than heavy ash. The dry down features a signature blend of salty ambergris and smooth vanilla.
