This is the original formula for HOUBIGANT Chantilly EDT, before the brand was acquired and reformulated by Dana Perfumes. This fragrance features a powerful opening of aldehydes, additionally, there are subtle hints of citrus and white florals along with a diverse blend of notes including bergamot, neroli, ylang ylang, musk, jasmine, vanilla, and benzoin. It bears some resemblance to Guerlain's Shalimar, but without the iris and with a heavy dose of aldehydes.
